I see you...!

We had a lovely time with Esmée and her parents today, albeit Andréa was working from home and we had to keep our distance from Esmée. She really does know us now and wanted to show us round the garden and include us in her play. That was really tough. Also not to be able to give J a pre birthday hug. One day in the not too distant future.....

We took a walk to their allotment and past her nursery where she will be returning at the end of the month. That will be tough too but it’s a take her place again, or don’t and still have to pay anyway. J needs to be back at work too, hoping there is work for him.

We have been really blessed to have seen both families within a week. And we’ve all done well to keep the rules each time hard as that has been.
