Rim light

My first rim light, which is not easy when the subject is right against the background. I used my cell phone light! I look forward to doing a rim light for real, with space and people. 

This is a birthday card from Karen to me from some yeas ago that I liked so much I kept. 

Samuel and I went to the park and walked along the path we have assiduously avoided for three months. I wore a mask. Only one other person did. 

On the bright side there was a cute kid on a bicycle with a t-shirt that said, "I need space." I loved the shirt, I loved the enthusiasm. He returned to his mother and she let me take pictures of the family. They pet Samuel. Everyone was happy. I sent her the pictures tonight. I need to pay more attention to shadows.
