Huli Huli Chicken

Hawaiian huli huli chicken thighs and cabbage.

I don’t recall that I’ve ever made anything Hawaiian before. I haven’t even eaten terribly much of it (excepting poke). This was very good. The only thing that didn’t quite work for me was the chunks of pineapple with the chicken (though pineapple juice was an important and delicious component in the marinade/glaze).

(Only yesterday, I concurred with the quite correct view that pineapple has no business on a pizza.)
