Rock Rose Plus One

...... we're still trying to sort out the cameras at mum's. we got them working ( sort of ) and now the company has said we need to upgrade the app on our mobile devices ( here we go again).
The app is too new for my ancient mobile phone, grrrrrrrrr, so I need to put up with no access to the cameras or upgrade my phone .......... why is nothing ever easy? :-((
