Flaps Up

My wife and I drove to Spanish Springs this afternoon to catch a movie. Of course I had a camera with me so when the movie let out and I noticed a couple feeding the birds at the pond, I turned the dial to auto-everything, set the shutter to fire in rapid bursts and joined the gentleman in what can only be described as a scene out of Hitchcock's The Birds.

This is the shot that rose to the top of the heap. Great company (36 years this summer, Love You Connie), a good movie (Silver Linings Playbook), and my blip for the day. Life is good, life is very good indeed.
