Weather.....!!

Drove me back into the kitchen agin today.......fairly miserable outside...so oven on again....and these were the results plus a rather nice Basil&Sundried Sausage Pasta Bake for dinner..
That is a ‘makey up’ Brown Bread ....using up an out of date carton of natural yoghurt and oat milk....added some chopped Ha%elnuts and it’s really very nice..!
The biscuits are my shortbread/flapjack things from the Vegan Book except this time I added some Coconut Cream and Peanut Butter and Semolina...very nice they are too...!
