Yellow Daisy’s

Theses are in my Bee space I planted them for the bees but I have not seen a bee on them. I planted a Tomato plant there last year and it grew this tall as well.
I wonder if it has under ground water
It’s stems at the bottom are as thick as my wrists. Another back blip I just don’t know where the days go really I don’t.
