Flower Friday: Quality not Quantity?

We got this clematis last year, when it was very small and had only one flower. Well, it's grown a little bit now although it would still only class as a "toddler"! Anyway we noticed the other day that it had produced one flower this year too: it's very pretty so I made a mental note to blip it today. But what's this? - great excitement: I see now that it has another flower bud on it! Maybe next year it'll have three :-)

The poor thing does look a little sorry for itself in the heavy rain we're having - if you look closely you can see there's a little puddle of rain collecting in the tip of the lowest petal.
