Craiglockhart Pond cygnets

I had a lovely walk today with J on a new route for me and one which will now be in my repertoire of walks from my door. It took in Easter Craiglockhart Hill and then Craiglockhart Pond where the cygnets were born ten days (7th-8th May) before the Blackford Pond cygnets (18th May). This was the first time I had seen them this year. I know that they started with nine cygnets, but I don't know what's happened to the three that aren't in this picture. There was also a family of mallards with six quite large ducklings which is good going around here.
