A picture from a great dog walk with my friend Joel today.

Long run this morning - i upped the length but had not taken into account the added hills.  My legs have been very sore today.
Z and Kids went off to Q's school to pick up some school hoodies - Indie gets one too as she starts there in September - they where very pleased with them.  On the way home they drove past one of Q's best friends on a cycle, he was very pleased to have seen him.
It would appear the journey was too much for Z's car and she has returned with a puncture which we could have done without.
Long walk with Joel and dogs  My step count is ridiculous today.  Barley had the best time and im convinced he was trying to thank me when we made it home.
Also managed to make a plaque out of wood which i am really proud of.  She is designing something for one of her friends.
