Two peas in a pod

Slept ok again...was after 9 when we surfaced.
After breakfast we walked to Tesco for a few things we needed, including samdwiches for a picnic lunch with our visitors.

Middle son, DiL, Olivia and Isabella paid us a visit...the weather wasnt great, but we managed outside, using the summerhouse and garden. The girls enjoyed running around, sitting on the various seats, running over the bridge across the pond.....I caught the back of Olivia as she walked across, see extra.

I asked them both to pose for me......Isabella was a little less keen, but I do like this shot. They are so alike in their looks, not so. uch their personalities though ;-)

It was lovely to catch up with them but all too quickly it was time to leave as they had two other visits to make. The girls dont quite understand why they can't go in the house :-/

We had an hour reading in the summerhouse before deciding to go for a walk , we drove to Viridor Woods and did a full lap, plenty of seats dotted along the way for hub to sit and rest his knee! I might go back there tomorrow morning for my next run.

Back home just in time for the update, hub listened, I read.

Dinner tonight was homemade wholemeal pitta pizzas topped with tomatoes, herbs, tuna, red onion, chilli, peppers, mushrooms, mozerella and parmesan.....with a green salad.

Tonight we will be watching Googlebox, First Dates Manifest and Gardeners World .....whilst sipping something alcoholic ;-)
