So we’re in.......

       The kitchen having a cooking day. We managed a quick walk in between the showers, then we got started. Mr PC busy chopping onions for the Moussaka and a curry. Next we prepared the dough for a loaf of bread and the naans.

A pretty full on day, glad to sit down tonight to enjoy the curry with the Naan bread. Saturday nights dinner also sorted (Moussaka).
