Recreation center

I went back to the rec center today to walk, first time since February.   The weather was in the 90s today so walking inside was more enticing than outside.  Also my knee has been bothering me lately and I think it may be related to walking on pavement.  The rec center has a track with a great surface that is much easier on the joints. I kept my distance from others. Amazing how many people are back.
