Prost!

After a morning spent pottering about at home, spent the afternoon pottering about at the allotment. The afternoon was probably more productive. Then we nipped down to the local cornershop and stocked up on beer for quiz night. Some technical difficulties this week (a microphone-less quizmaster makes things tricky) but that meant more general chat, a South African based quiz to keep us on our toes and JacktheLad getting writer’s cramp from scribbling his answers and holding them up to the screen. He ran out of time a lot!

Had a bummer of a night for some never to be known reason. It’s an easy day for me coming up and it’s back to reading my DAFNE books. Harrumph.
