Woke up early thinking I might get an hour's ride in before work but the thick fog hanging over the park put me right off. Instead, after coffee and crossword obviously, I managed to fit in a quick turbo sesh in the kitchen. Deep house rather than the usual rough techno on the playlist too.

Work now - including a walk up a hill whilst chatting about photography. And actual Scotch Mist.
