Seven Islands Pond: Growing Goslings Grazing

Mum, Im, and I went to Seven Islands Pond on Mitcham Common first thing to see the Canada goslings (&c.). A dog (/owner) caused chaos early on, but it was otherwise pretty peaceful. We saw the big creche of mixed up goslings , and the older goslings, and also saw some tiny cootlings as well as the older ones. A little grebe was diving pretty close to the edge which was also nice to see.
