A relaxing start to the weekend

I find baking really therapeutic, and it has really helped my own sanity to immerse myself in flour on numerous occasions during the lockdown ..... today I got up and baked a Citrus /Lemon card cake and a iced cherry and almond scone ring.
My hubby and son are over the moon, they both love the iced ring.
