Birthday Boy

A lovely warm day with some social distancing ... it’s hard! We all caught the sun. Birthday boy wearing his badge, pretending to blow out the candles we couldn’t get to stay alight , and modelling one of the hats I crocheted months ago. Also with both of them. They liked the food and the cake (GF) as he is a coeliac was a big hit. Unfortunately the balloons had a shorter life. We decided not to take them down to the picnic spot , leaving them in the car and when we got back the heat had deflated them :( oh well it’s the thought that counts!
