Clearing tables....

The birthday lunch went very well!

Our little restaurant was well received! The food was really good and the main courses stayed hot in their boxes while we ate our starters.

We’ve cleared away and the dishwasher is swishing contentedly. A shame these occasions are over too soon, and no hugs can be shared to express congratulations or thanks but we were thrilled to have our friends here again. A beautiful day too!

I tried a new route for my run first thing. I wasn’t too pleased with my efforts though. I’ll use it again on Monday and hope to do better.
