All bees and hoverflies today

Warm and humid today.  Saw 12 Swifts high over the town ( highest number in 2020 for me)

Lots of hoverflies and bees on the Geraniums and the especially the Bramble ( extra photos)

I spent a confusing few minutes talking to Sky about trying to upgrade to HD for some channels .  Offer was £1 a month but what happened on-line didn’t make sense because we were on such an old package that it didn't work.  I still don’t quite understand it but we are now paying less for more it seems  BUT Its the usual paying for things you are not sure to watch and what value is there in that.  

The second call was to try to understand what to do about SKY Sports as its free (paused in the current no live sport world) at the moment I am wavering between cancelling ( we have go used to no sport) or a contract offer which appeared to be £11 A month off our proposed full price when it started up again. On-line this didn’t seem to make any change (but perhaps that is correct in the paused situation). The representative could not see the offer at all on his screen!

BACK TO TV WE DID WATCH .....

There was a wonderful, imaginative, dramatic and entertaining episode of the BBC Doctor daytime drama (no way is it a Soap).  A lockdown special it was all filmed as on-line video one to one and conference calls.
