Dare to compare
. . . mine's bigger than yours . . .
Fun waves and lots of surfers in the water on the right-hand side of the beach. Way down at the opposite entry, a young monk seal lay camouflaged in a shallow depression in the rocks - had her very own wading pool. According to volunteers nearby, she's been hanging around this area, up and down the beach, for the last couple of days. Was weaned by her mom about four weeks ago (which means she was abandoned to fend for herself) and she seems to be doing fine. She is named NO2 Nohea.
Saw the Lychee man setting up in the Park-n-Ride lot on our way home.
Stay well, stay healthy, and take care, everyone.
