An Afternoon at a Café

It was my lucky day with public transportation today. I was able to catch the 42 bus from the stop close to my class and then when I got to the tram stop, the tram was pulling right in! I thought I was going to to be late to class, but I was actually 10 minutes early. It was great.

I got my quizzes back from my classes and I didn't do to bad. I was happy with what I got. Also, while I was on campus, I met with the director of my program and we discussed how I was doing here in Bordeaux. She just asked things like how are classes going, how has the strike affected you, what have you been doing on your free time, how my living situation was like, my health, and etc. I was nice that she cared and she pushed me in the right direction telling me to get in touch with professors in order to know what to do for sure during the strike.

After class, I met up with April and her friend at a café. We had a revolving set of friends come through. It's really great to enjoy the afternoon at a café.
