Suggestions in the box please

HELP!!!!!

Up all night with my teething terror Chei. So brain battery is flat today.
Any suggestions as to what to cook for dinner with a pack of pork mince? Come on blippers, any help would be greatly appreciated!

Oh and nothing too fancy as not a Michelin star mum...yet ;-)
