A very busy Sunday!

Those of you who've followed my journal for a while may remember that Lucy is a qualified swimming coach (for beginner and intermediates). The life-saving element of this qualification is due for renewal so this morning she's gone to a 4 hour theory session and has a 2 hour practical assessment starting at 6pm this evening. I do feel sorry for her as she is only half way through all her homework!

I've ironed the uniforms/pe kits etc and am cooking a gammon joint to be eaten as and when we have time.

Rob has a local league football match this afternoon....I must remember to wrap up warm, it's colder outside than it looks!
