Spiders eggs ?

Spotted  as I wandered around the garden.They're attached to the shed.
With any luck they're Money spiders so I need to check my lottery tickets.
Knowing my luck they'll be greenfly hatching to gobble up my plants.
It's really warm outside and the sun is trying to break through.
