My first social

Today was the first day I went somewhere other than the supermarket.

It was so nice to meet up with a book club friend for a walk ... and then to bump into another book club friend who stopped for a chat.

Had the farm gates not been closed, I would never have known they were painted in my favourite colour. An unusual lock and chain that didn't seem to have much purpose at all.
