And why is Dexter the Tabby smiling?

Because it's CATURDAY!

Hooray! On Caturday, sometimes we can all stay home!

And we can have treats! We can play! We can have blankie time! We can have fun!

In this photo, we are doing some reorganizing in the bedroom. Dexter is practicing his gargoyle maneuvers, climbing to the very highest spot in the room and peering down. He might need to work on a fiercer gargoyle face, though, as in this photo, it appears as though Dexter is smiling.

The weather outside? Brisk, with a very light, powdered-sugar snow.

The weather inside? Warm and sunny, with lots of purring!

The soundtrack? Nora the cat's thoughtful compositions on the piano.
