Vivid

A weirdly warm and calm day. The haar has lingered for the past few days and it has felt like we were floating in cloud.

Everything was shades of silver and grey on the beach. Except for the glimpses of turquoise as the waves swelled before running onto the sand and the patches of bright intense colour of some seaweeds and shells. Reds, oranges, purple and this fabulous dayglo green. I wonder if these are the colours of the underwater world.
