Major Walk
Day 83 of COVID-19 UK lockdown.
A rainy morning that cleared as the day went on. By the time we got to Llanwit Major Town Hall, in the Vale of Glamorgan (South Wales, UK) to do a 7 mile walk from there to Atlantic College, St Donats the sun was out and it was hot! We walked both ways along the cliff top overlooking the Bristol Channel. It was humid but most of the walk we had a cooling breeze.
The blipfoto shows the view looking over towards Exmoor Coastline which was covered in a mist until about 5pm on the return leg. The sea was a lovely, almost mediterranean blue, and most unexpected after the rain this morning.
About 6pm we enjoyed a brew up using our camping stove, in a field near St Donats enjoying the evening sun with stunning views towards the english coast. It doesn't get better.
On the journey home we dropped in to our solicitor the final paperwork for our house move which is looking more positive. It's not over until the fat lady sings as they say!
