argh, I didn’t get enough sleep this morning and today was tough...my mind went into overdrive this morning and it was a struggle to get it back on to a positive track. this happened before the first treatment too, it just all becomes far too real. lots of cuddles, some more pie making and a walk with beefy (and some kalms!) calmed my heid down a wee bit. the girls were dotting around but busy doing their own thing.
