They turned up without their keeper and a player short, and finished with even less. The ref was lax today and fouls went either unseen or simply unpunished. That contributed to frustration on both sides. The ref then allowed the home team to tell him about things he had missed, and he sent off a player on Nathan's team based on secondhand reports. The goals started to mount up near the end.

Nathan was busy tackling and defending and was once taken down with a foul from behind. I do like to watch him play but it can be a long cold game.
