In motion ....

Decided that some on-going creative development is needed so I've set myself the challenge of writing a poem a week for a year using this book. 

The theme for week 1 is "How to Approach a Year" - an interesting focus given the times we find ourselves in. 

I've also as an experiment deactivated my Twitter account for 30 days. Increasingly I was finding it wasn't a productive use of my time and it seems to be becoming increasingly polarised/toxic (unlike here which quite the opposite). 

Update 27th July 2020: poetry project is on hold. Book didn't engage me.
