Car booty time.

Usual sunday jaunt to the car boot sale this morning.
I didn't get there till 10am (usually there for opening at 9) so I wasn't holding out much hope of finding anything good.
Well, was I wrong there!
The last few times i've been it's been very disappointing but not today.
I got:-

1. A wonderful wee I-pod dock which plugs into the back of your sterio or tv so you can listen to your music out loud not just through the headphones. I know you can easily buy docks or speakers but I wanted really good ones which I was reluctant to pay a fortune for so now i've got this one which runs through the sterio speakers and it's a brilliant sound - i'm so happy with it and I bartered the chap down to only £8 (he said he paid 50 quid and it was still in the box in perfect condition.

2. A pair of Rocket Dog jimmies/trainers for a couple of quid which will be brilliant for my upcoming holiday.

3. Some chewies for Bailey. The chap with the pet stall hasn't been there since before xmas. He does a deal for me and gives me 6 for a fiver (they are usually 1.99 each at PAH)

4. A squirty bottle of cat/dog deterrent. There's some pesky cat thats keeps doing it's business in the gravel in the raised walled off bit right outside my front door and it's disgusting and there's alwayds a nasty pong out there so hopefully a few sprays of that should make sure it gets the message (it is animal safe so won't do any harm to said cat (or Bailey of he gets a whiff))

All in all a very satisfactory hour or so.
I'm now sitting with the laptop beside me, listening to all my wonderful i-pod songs at probably rather too loud a volume and feeling happier than i've done for ages!
