Refurb ...

and re-purpose.

We have an up-cycling project underway on the allotments.  We have an old workman's hut or bothy that we are turning into a volunteers' workshop for tool repairs, planter construction, bird box building etc. 

The hut was pretty derelict when we started.  So far we have re-roofed, repaired the windows and outer galvanised skin, repainted, repaired the rotten framing and re-clad the interior.  All done with salvaged materials and free labour.

So I decided we could lash out on two rather fine benches - our volunteers deserve the best.  TBH we could only afford them because they were on sale at a very decent discount.  

We still have lots of work to do, but we ought to be ready to open just as the Lockdown rules relax enough to allow small group use.
