Not quite a

Hot cross bun,

Very warm and humid on our walk to the quarry this morning, the dog roses are in full bloom and the brambles are in flower.

Mr PC went out in the garden to trim  the Cypress hedge and later he cleaned the pond pump. So for me It was a toss up cleaning the windows  or doing baking, still can’t see out the windows! One bloomer, 10 rolls and 10 cross less buns. 

Tea tonight buns and apricot jam and a pot of Yorkshire tea.
