Eat your heart out bake off

My first foray into sourdough bread making has paid off (no one is more surprised than me). It’s quite heavy but not bad at all for a first attempt, and it’s delicious straight out of the oven. Looking forwards to some smug sourdough toast for breakfast in the morning!
