Shadow

Kaarina Kaikkonen's installation Shadow returned to Satakunnankatu street last Friday. These 345 jackets have been on the same spot two times before: in 1999 and in 2015.

Government announced it is lifting use of Emergency Powers Act and Finland will now return to normal conditions.
