Lock down....Day 93.....Spain

Benidorm Levante Beach...Monday 15 June
Local people enjoying a Monday on the beach.....

My Blip of 14 March 2020 showed Levante Beach closed because of the State of Alert, caused by Covid 19.....
....and  it has remained Closed......until today...15 June!

There were times, in the last few months, that we wondered if this day would ever come!

Today, the beach area,...without sun loungers.
..is divided into a 4square metre, area.....
..each one occupied by a resident/ family.....

Also on the beach in my Blip....
a News reporter, being televised by his camera man......
on today’s developments .... Great News indeed!!

Let’s hope, our Lock Down in Spain, harsh as it was...
.will be enough to put the days of Covid 19 behind us.

In Mallorca today......hundreds of German Tourists were welcomed on the island, for a holiday. 
we will all be closely watching their progress.....
.this is very much a tourist experiment....
And we’ll all have to learn lessons from it.
