Spotless yellow ladybird

Does anyone know about this ladybird?  I cannot identify it ....

Our neighbour was woken up in the early hours of the morning with a dog barking.  Later the owner of a ram and two ewes in the next field found the ram and one ewe had been killed.  Dog nowhere to be found.
Someone had seen a loose dog in the village ten days ago.  I wonder if it was the same one.
