A day of two halves

The day started with bright sunshine and I walked into town to post some letters, and to look at what was happening on Millthrop Bridge. My plan for later in the day was to plant out the brassicas, but the heavens opened, and we had a torrential downpour. After about an hour it eased off to just raining, then the sun came out in the evening! But for some reason I couldn’t upload my blip yesterday so I have posted it a day late.
