Two Tent Pegs.

Fifty nine years ago I was in the First Year (old money, Year 7 in today’s money) at Chesterton. One of my favourite lesson was woodwork. Mr Crocker was the teacher, grumpy but great. My first woodworking project was to make a tent peg and you can see it at the top of the picture. Fast forward to today and I needed a wooden tent peg to hold the pond pump in the correct place. The original took me a few double lessons. Today, 15mins.
