A fun guy!!

A misty start to the day but it cleared up and became very warm.
We were on our way to our allotment when I spotted a bird at the side of the road. I turned back and it was obvious that the young jackdaw was in some difficulty. I took him down to New Arc Animal Rescue Centre and they confirmed that it had probably been hit by a car.
If anyone can nurse him back to health, they will.
I had to change my tee shirt as it was so warm and this lovely red admiral settled on it.
I hope he doesn’t leave muddy footprints!!!
