Twice Fired!

This is a little bit of a blip cheat as the photo was taken by my Dad!! However, the glass heart was made by me and was returned having been fired in the kiln.

Mum and I purchased one of the 'make at home fused glass rainbow kits' from Twice Fired, a local company as part of her birthday celebrations. The kit included everything we needed from the glass heart base to little glass frits and stringers. It was really fun exploring a new craft and getting creative!

I'm very pleased with the finished product and look forward to collecting it from my Mum and Dad's at the weekend. :-)

It is the final part of The Salisbury Poisonings tonight...it really is compelling viewing!
