LD 85. A good performer.
First time I came across the Salvia was when working as a student in the Parks Department in the 1970s. We planted out floral displays and borders - they featured a lot; predominantly the red ones. This one has got a way to go before it fully flowers. From experience it’ll last another few months until the first frosts. There’s a variegated one near it. I look forward to seeing it come on.
Tuesday - early morning shopping day, job done, my wife back before breakfast.
Much of the day was spent reducing a laurel bush and a mahonia. Good job, well done.
Younger son played golf late afternoon. He was in school early today again, re August restart
