Autumn by Philip Haas

A trip to the RHS gardens at Wisley. The gardens are looking really good, they have been well cared for during the ‘lockdown’.

There are four sculptures on display..the “Four Seasons” are fibreglass models made by Philip Haas in 2012 which are based on the four paintings by Giuseppe Archimboldo a sixteenth century Italian artist. The blip is of Autumn.

- met friends at Wisley and had picnic lunch there as only a couple of vans selling refreshments.
- bought some perennial geraniums and more pinks in the shop
- made birthday cards for grand children
