Green Sandpiper

For comparison at every angle next to a one legged (the other tucked up) Oytestercatcher!!

Taken on the Orwell on a cold day with a rising tide. They arrived in a large flock..fed like crazy until someone was spotted walking along the shore.. at which point they took off as one and flew out of reach of my camera.
