The Nymph in the Grotto

Its been a busy day ...

Met up with A and R this morning in Bradford on Avon and went for a run along the canal. The half marathon training plan said 9miles, we ended up doing 10miles at 10.01 min/mile pace, which is quick for me.

The last mile was hard work, but the reward ... a lush cooked breakfast at the end!

Then off with R for a walk around Stouhead, it was a bit dull and overcast, the the colour is creaping through, the snowdrops and primroses are out and the rhodedendrons (spl) are on their way.
