No time....

to blip really.... have just spent 4 hours working on my video presentation for my degree programme..
A Critical Reflection of my personal practice.. with images, personal quotes and voice over... has taken me hours and hours to get it right with music Ben Howard
I like it but it needs a little more work to complete....

So this was lunch (3pm) a late one and a quick capture
Filled pasta with tomatoes, pine nuts and red pesto.. simple but lovely washed down with a glass of pinot grigio...
