The Spice Of Life

Marie Kondo would be proud -- having tired of scrabbling around in my disorganized spice drawer in search of that elusive herb desperately needed in the recipe of the moment, I recently spent a little time painstakingly alphabetizing them all in the hopes this will be a more efficient, less frustrating aid to the culinary process.  Just how I have managed to accumulate so much curry powder and oregano is a mystery.
