Katie slept well last night - not surprising after day yesterday! She woke up and snuggled with me in bed for a good while before we got up and went downstairs. She was joined by Fern and Oscar before very long, and they all played for ages. Music, princesses, kitchen, puzzles, babies the lot. We got some photos of Fern and Oscar too!

Mid morning we got everyone packed up and took them off to the soft play centre, where they ran and climbed and chased. Fernie loved the ball pool in the toddler bit, Katie was delighted to discover Isla from ballet there. They ate a snack, they ran some more. They ate lunch (fresh pizza, a big success), they ran some more. They ran outside, they let us take photos. They both fell asleep in their carriers within minutes of leaving! Thanks to the timer button, we got a photo of the three of us with the three of them all in their wraps/meitais.

We waved goodbye to them early afternoon, well I did. Katie slept. We headed into town for the babyccino she'd wanted all weekend to discover that the coffee shop had closed for refurbishment at lunchtime. So we headed to Tesco's and the lady there made her a big sized babyccino, even with sprinkles - a happy Katie. She rather enjoyed shopping today. She was asking what we needed, then leading the way to where to find it, counting it out, she had fun! Now we're home and we're about to have a Sunday dinner, yumyum
